Meet Logit Isaac, a nine year old young boy from Lokupoi Village, Matany Sub-county, Napak District in the Karamoja Region of Uganda. Isaac lives with his elderly grandmother, who is unable to provide the school materials he needs due to her age and limited means.
After his father was tragically killed during a cattle raid that left the family with nothing, Isaac’s dream of getting an education became even more difficult. Many days he comes to school only for the meal provided, and when he attends class, he often has nothing to write on or write with.
Through Enamor of Peace and Hope–Africa (EPH-Africa), Isaac has received exercise books and pens as a first step toward keeping his dream alive. Though these may seem like simple supplies, they represent hope, dignity, and the opportunity to continue learning.
Your support can help many more children like Isaac remain in school and build a better future. Every gift, no matter how small, can change a life.
