What is EPH-AFRICA

Enamor of Peace & Hope-Africa (EPH-AFRICA) was founded to extend a helping hand to the people of Karamoja through evangelism and discipleship, education, health care support, economic empowerment as well as child protection programs. We believe that through this together we can build self-reliant communities with a secure and poverty free mindset.

We cannot eradicate poverty completely, but through a positive mindset, people can view life differently and therefore learn to trust God for a better living.

Our primary target is providing education to young children from baby class (4yrs) to Grade Two (9yrs)

Message from the Founder

Praise the name of the living God! My name is Joshua Jackson Wamwangana from Uganda, and I am honored to share my journey with you. Growing up in a polygamous family, life was challenging, and access to education was one of the greatest struggles my siblings and I faced. I spent years in Grade Five, not due to lack of ability, but because I couldn’t afford school fees. To support my education, I hawked fruits and worked in gardens until, by God’s grace, I completed college. Today, I am a teacher by profession, with a diploma in theology and a certificate in children’s ministry.
